When caring for relatives or friends at home, it helps and is important to have the correct supplies. It is also really nice to have them delivered to my front door in such a timely manner through Prime shipping.I am using these sterile 4x4 drain sponges to care for a J-P drain for a relative who has had recent surgery. These are perfect for the job. Three of these around the drain and a couple of large sterile transparent film dressings to cover and seal these split sponges make the dressing changes quick, simple, sterile, and neat. These are just the same as the ones the hospital sent home, although the hospital only sent home enough for one dressing change. These are so worth the presently listed price, and 50 packs of 2 sponges each, I use 3 packs of 2 each per dressing change, these will last a long time, easily until the drain is removed.I very much recommend these, no substitute for the right supplies when needed.
