Soft shiny hair without residue
I am a drip dry and go kinda girl. So other shampoos tend to leave my hair flaccid and oily. I love this shampoo and conditioner. It smells nice, leaves my hair soft and shiny, but not weighed down. Its a little pricy, but I have long thick hair and feel like it goes a lot further than other shampoos. I shower and wash hair everyday and it lasted me from mid August to now(mid nov).

Good product, bad practices
First off I'll say that I love the product. I have super sensitive skin and this doesn't bother it but leaves my hair hydrated and shiny. The smell isn't overwhelming either. The reason for 3 stars is because they've started not filling the bottles full. When I first bought it, the bottle was full (as one would expect) but now they're not filling them all the way and charging more for it. The picture shows two brand new bottles. If you're going to give me less product make the bottle smaller, don't try and pass it off like I'm getting the same thing for my money.

Delightful!
I love this products subtle scents and clean feel that I just haven't found in non-natural soaps. It's gentle on my hair and scalp, which is great because I have very sensitive skin and fairly thin and fine hair. If you love being sudsy it's not for you, but it says low suds on the label so I knew this going in and prefer low suds soaps since they tend to be less harsh. I do reccomend purchasing this with the conditioner because it can leave your skin slightly dry (it is a soap after all). I have definitely noticed an improvement in the health of my hair and scalp with this product. Well worth the price.

Bamboo bergamot - spa quality product
The bamboo bergamot fragrance is the version we have purchased, and we purchased it because we love the smell. They use this product and fragrance at our favorite resort, and we wanted to bring those memories home with us. A little goes a long way in terms of lather, add a little water and it lathers well for the first minute or so. Unlike most shampoos, this does not leave hair feeling dry. Shampoo consistency is fairly thin. This is pricey for the container size, but this has lasted over 8 months for us, as we rotate through this along with several other shampoos.

Confused about the bad reviews...
Definitely worth a try. I really like this product and it’s conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling clean without stripping it of oil. (FYI: I wash my hair everyday, condition, blow dry and use a nutritional oil before straightening with a flat iron.)This is probably the best value shampoo I’ve tried in a decade. The only one better is Sisley but that’s $75 a bottle, so we are switching brands.

Not worth the price!
This was by far the worst shampoo I have ever used. My hair really looked thin & greasy. I have used cheap shampoo's and my hair felt 100% better. Very costly for this product. Not worth it!
