I liked this at first. Still do. Just had some issues with devices. The first problem I had was the right plug would cut in and out when i first turned it on. It would do it if it’s veebb off for a while. Sometimes for a few minutes. I figured it was warming up. Lol. I was ok with that because they still were awesome. The sound isn’t the greatest but I was ok with that. I use it mostly in loud areas near machines so this was a good test. The sound was good but I had to literally put it inside my ear canal. Started hurting after a while. Changing the plug tips didn’t help much. This item is as described but my devices wouldn’t stay off after it’s plugged in. It would randomly turn on and connect. I think everything about this headset it great but it needs a system update or something. The device sound was not even. One was louder than the other. Maybe I got a bad one. I do like this brand. Will be keeping an eye 👁 open.

Came out of the box and left ear didnt work. Light would come on but no sound. I didnt get to try them much due to that issues. Wouldnt seem to connect or pair even the right ear after about a few days as I was charging and trying to play with the headsets to see if that would get the left one to work. Complete junk. You get what you paid for but why not just rip a 50$ bill in half and stick that in both ears?

These ear buds have AMAZING sound quality. Where I work I like to have my music but we can't have it a speaker, only one ear and these are perfect for that and when I'm off work I connect both. Great company, very helpful. Would recommend to anyone

It would appear every outstanding product must have a flaw. The user interface is horrible.---You can have the left one in the box charging but for some reason still operating which means it is serving the right one. and any distance from the box and that earbud is going to be subjected to interference. If you then open the box and first tap to pause playback, and then hold to power it down the right one will say disconnected pairing and you have to wait a lot longer than you would expect for it to establish a connection. And when it does connect you will have:---A single earbud in your ear and your interface is 1 tap for play/pause and 2 taps for *previous track* to aid you in getting tired of whats playing and no interface to move beyond it. Just to compound the flaw they don't even implement the media button correctly.. THAT would allow you to rebind the functions of 1,2,3 taps to whatever you want using software.The primary earbud: Left if using both, or just the only one you're using is previous track, and the only way to have next track is to be using both of them. OR you assign (in third party software) "Media button long press" to send next track event. Which you will trigger on the earbud with 3 taps. 1 tap and 2 taps are NOT handled in the same way.Suffice to say I know what I'm talking about when I say the physical engineering of this product is of top quality, and the firmware on it is a failure.

I don't really know how people can rate this as 5 or 4 stars, ghe product design is good but the interelaction with the product is terrible. Souble Touch to change song but also pause it. Weird, after 1 hour you will have to take them off because you will have lot of pain in your ears.Now the worst part, I was at the gym, ans they had lot of interruption, specially when you are doing weights, lifting or pulling or something. When you stop doing exercise is when this stop having interruption.My recommendation: change the design of touch to buttons.Sound: not good sounds like a very cheap one u can get from the dollar store.Not recommend it. Beautiful design, but trash product.

These were obviously a fake/knockoff. The box they came in had no branding, and was discolored and torn inside. The earbuds turned off then wouldn't turn back on, then wouldn't charge in their case, which was bent and scratched. Don't waste your time or money.

Barely had these a week and already having nothing but trouble with them. Short battery life even when they are functioning. Been having trouble with the audio cutting out constantly and bouncing back and forth between earbuds. Not mention when the voice yells "battery low, please charge" it dies within the next ten seconds. Usually that means you should at least 5-10 warning, I thought.Not worth the trouble. Recommend giving these a pass.
