This hot sauce is without a doubt delicious!!!
This hot sauce is without a doubt delicious!!! Is there heat, yes. Is there flavor, h*** yes! With those two combined, you have an awesome burst of wonderful on whatever you choose to put this on. I've tried it on both baked chicken wings and legs and it satisfies every time. Now mind you, I do tend to like my heat and in fact I caught myself taking a direct swig from this bottle, but that is because the flavor is just so good. Most folks that like heat very much want their hot sauce to also allow the flavor of the dish and sauce to come through, and this one does not disappoint. Stop debating and just make the purchase, you'll be happy you did. Pain is indeed Good!

One of my favorites
First time I had this (Jamaican) was over 20 years ago and I was instantly in love. Since then the company seems to have changed hands at least once, but they never did screw around with the recipe and it demains a favorite of mine. The Jamaican is a thick hot sauce that is smokey, spicey and has a fruity back. I would not recommend it for applications where you want a vinagery sauce or a high quantity. It's one of the most flavorful sauces I ever had and the balance of spicey means you can still use it without blowing our your taste buds. I got it October 2024, bottle marked BB September 2026. Well packaged although the shipping was delayed.

Amazing sauce packaged poorly and damaged
I cannot sit here and give a bad review on the product itself as they make amazing and VERY HOT hot sauces for those who have never had it a drop on a chip will get you. I am very heartbroken though as both bottles were delivered smashed and there is no way to save it. When I went to request for a replacement that option is not available. Wrapping just in bubble wrap and then shipping in the standard thin plastic Amazon bag is not how these should be shipped. Again the sauce is amazing but absolutely sucks that I have to just throw everything away.

Great If you like Jerk Chicken and HEAT
Very sweet complex flavor that, as stated, is amazing on chicken. Whatever specific ingredients give it that "jerk" quality however do, in my opinion, prevent it from being an all purpose hot sauce. I did not enjoy it very much on my eggs or pizza which was a disappointment. Still, if you eat as much chicken as I do, you will find a use. Heat is good! Hot enough to notice it and a good slow burn but not ultimately TOO punishing. Another plus is that this sauce does not remind me its in my stomach and bowells hours later like many hotter varieties will.

Awesome Sauce
I normally reach for hot sauces that just burn and don't provde an actual flavor experience, but this sauce is packed with a rich flavor that tingles your taste buds before punching your tongue with its heat. I mixed a small amount with BBQ as a marinade for ribs and it brought the flavor. Def recommend on its own or mixed with other things. It is super good and you get quite a bit for the price.

I don't wanna write one. I just tell you how it is.
I love you hot sauce and that's hot sauce. They may like the sting of the hot sauce not too stingy, but just right for all your vegetables your meat everything

Working my way UPTOWN
First comes Louisiana, then comes Jamaica. I recently reviewed Pain is Good Louisiana Style hot sauce, having been led there by a favorite YouTube show of mine, First We Feast presents Hot Ones. (I know it sounds like a plug, but since that show has led me on my chili-path, I feel like I should give it tribute.) The Louisiana Style was labeled as "medium" heat, and I, being an inexperienced chili-head, was both intrigued and mildly terrified at the prospect that "medium" was an accurate description of the sauce that put my mouth on fire. Of course, after about a few weeks, I had finished the entire bottle and was ready the next challenge. I felt like Mario grabbing the flag at the end of the level! HEAT: Pain is Good Jamaican Style, without a doubt, packs more of a punch than Louisiana. While I was able to apply Louisiana HS like ketchup on my burger and pass it around to family members who like hot sauce, Jamaica HS is a different story. A couple days with this stuff, I can now use it like a proper condiment, but I make sure that interested others put a dab on their tongue first, swallow, and wait about 30 seconds for the heat to kick in. That way they know what they're getting into. The flavor itself is complex and delicious, and completely different than Louisiana Style. Oddly, I find this sauce to be sweeter at first but then gets a bitter bite that lasts a few seconds before the heat creeps up. Perhaps it's the pineapple juice as a second ingredient? Again, I'm pretty much a novice at reviewing hot sauces, but I'm finding that the milder hot sauces have a more consistent flavor, while the hotter ones have different flavors that come in waves, like the Willy Wonka 3-course meal gum that changes flavor and sensation the more you keep chewing it, except that with hot sauce you don't turn into a blueberry, you simply blow up and leave an atomic mushroom cloud.
