I am so impressed with this id reader. It gives results on the id or passport scanned rapid fast, and is very accurate. On top of that, this scanner is very professionally made; it is very tough and obviously made of the best materials since it has withstood our rough environment, and has even been dropped hard multiple times yet it still runs fine. This has been a great purchase for us.

I have been using IDetect products for years so I know that they sell only quality products, so this handheld id scanner is yet another awesome quality product that I have come to expect from them, and certainly did not disappoint. It is very fast, accurate, and ruggedized against drops and pouring rain. It even scans passports quickly with 100% accuracy. On top of that their tech support is incredible. Always available and easily solves any issues, and answer any questions. I highly recommend this scanner and company to any business looking for front level protection.

After careful research, including recommendations from various shop owners, we chose the Quantum Edge ID scanner. We have used scanners from other companies in the past, and while some cost less and others more, they cannot compare with the speed and accuracy of the Quantum Edge scanner. Totally useless , Does not pickup on fake IDs . waste of money .

The product came with step by step instructions, nice considering other types of products I've ordered that have instructions that aren't very helpful at all. I needed to contact support on the download stage. He was so nice and helped me the final stages and made sure I was comfortable with the use. He helped me link my scanners with my back office computer and made sure everything was working. Highly recommend.

I have a restaurant and these portable scanners work so well. We eventually ended up buying 9 total and have the servers keep them in their pockets. They are easy to use and read when they scan and the fact that they scan most passports is a game changer for us as well.
