Got it quick and found a you tube video to help me do the job and presto! The brick is now a computer again! It worked perfectly but I would not say it was the easiest job I've ever done but for the price it was definitely worth the try. My wife took it to a computer repair shop and they said it was not repairable so I'm kinda proud of myself for being able to fix it.

OEM fit and performance, running great for 3+ months

This part fit perfectly as a replacement for my OEM fan which had a noisy bearing. After a year of use, this replacement is starting to get noisy as well. Not nearly the quality of the OEM fan, but about what you'd expect from an off brand. And not a bad price.

It works very well, installation is a little difficult but once it is working, the lap stop the noise.
