Avoid
Bought this battery because of price. Guess you get what you pay for. Was false economy. Worked ok when new, but 5 months on, doesn't hold a charge. Will go back to Makita originals.☆Update☆I was contacted by the seller, who offered me a replacement battery, which I accepted.The replacement seems to be operating ok, so maybe with the original one I was just unlucky.I will say that the customer service from Taylor, the Batteriol guy was very good. He kept me fully informed throughout.

Great battery
Very good battery for a small price. Working with the impact. The charge lasts for the whole day. It takes about 40 minutes to charge. I discharged it four times, it works without breakdowns. Convenient charge indicator to know about how much is enough for yo

Do not buy this rubbish battery
This battery is utter rubbish...I fully charged night before...This was first time I used it and it was just in a impact driver fixing screws into hinges and lasted 15 mins...complete waste of money...It's meant to be 5amp....more like a rubbish 3 amp

Doesn’t hold charge
Battery not holding charge and seller wouldn’t help with cost of returning item as it has to go by courier as it’s a battery. Not worth returning due to price. I suppose you get what you pay for at the end of the day so don’t buy!

I'd forgotten what a full battery can do.
Purchased this as an experiment because one of my LXT batteries was giving me 10 minutes of power after a 5 year life. Well over time i'd forgotten just how powerful they used to be along comes Batteriol and does it deliver, you bet it does. Only had the battery for a month so early days but it cycles well and does well on all the tools drill, sds drill, circular saw and multi tool not used it on the radio or impact driver as they don't need the power. Very pleased so far.

This is a dud battery
This battery is a waste of money I have a 3 amp makita battery which usually lasts about 4 to 6 hrs I thought this would last all day it lasted about 3 to 4 hrs I knew something wasn't right when it charged fully in 30 minutes When I brought it I thought it was a real makita battery I should of known different and looked at the details more closer do not buy your throwing your money away

Works ok
As this is a new battery I can’t tell you how well it compares, so can’t tell longevity of batteriesWorks ok though..
