The paper is ok. Some times it changes the color, it's not as vibrant as it's supposed to be. But this seller was giving me such a difficult time when my package never arrived but was marked as "delivered" .

I was buying paper from my iColor supplier. There papers didn’t pop with colors and felt like a giant thick sticker was placed on the shirt. These papers have great colors and aren’t as heavy feeling like my old paper. Still searching for a lite hand feeling papers.

This paper did not work. I sent videos to the company and they did a great job corresponding with me. They told me Inwas doing everything correctly but they can’t figure out why it did not work. I had ordered from this company before and didnt have any issues. This time... I used 17 pages and none of them worked. I asked for a refund and they told me they dont do refunds because there is nothing wrong with their paper. Even tho, they watched my video and admitted I followed the protocol correctly. So I have two boxes of paper for nothing.

This product is very bad quality I try so many times as per the instructions in the guid attached but no any results it never transfer any colour in to the t shirt that's why I request refund but my request was denied due to expire return policy as per your replay.
