Solved my problem slick as a whistle. Bought it 6 months ago as an inexpensive alternative to replacing an expensive but leaking shower head. When it promptly arrived I was immediately impressed with the quality workmanship. It was a quick straightforward install. It has worked marvelously...not a single drop. Easy off and on switch. This little device is so good I was compelled to come back months later and write this review.

This fitting is solid. Nice smooth control with complete, drip free, shut off. I love that I can control the water volume and presure right there at the hand held shower head. Turn it off to conserve water while soaping up. Turn it on to rinse, without having to re-set water temp. Bought and installed this for my parents to make bathing easier. Plan on purchasing another (given how well this one worked) for my camper, where water conservation can help extend a camping adventure.

I have a showerhead which I love, but I can't control the flow volume with my faucet. I kept runnign out of hot water when I'd take a long shower, due to my showerhead being a water hog. So, I installed this, and now I can turn the water flow volume up and down. It was so easy to install, and works really well! It also looks nice, and feels really high-quality.

I bought something like this at a L0we's and the first one was defective because it leaked so I exchanged it. The second one leaked the same. Long story short---IT'S MADE TO LEAK ON PURPOSE. I'm not dumb enough to know why. Apparently there is scientific engineering and then there's the dysfunctional crap built the california way. I already have a leak hence buying a "shutoff" valve. Funny how they lecture us about saving water and then push the opposite and probably blame the public for how stupid the govt is. So I came here and bought one made by smart people and viola....it works as an actual valve where off means OFF! Works great!!

I wanted a shut-off-valve for my wife’s shower hose so I bought one from Home Depot but it would not shut-off the water completely; so, I took it back and bought this valve for Amazon. With Prime, it arrived in just two days and works perfectly. The threads on this valve went together without a hitch, it closes off the water completely, and I installed it without using any tools. I can operate it with just my thumb and seems to be a good buy.

I was looking for a shower valve to control the water flow from a dual output connection where I have a shower wand and the faucet on one position of the selector valve and then I have a full shower head on the other side. I did not want the shower wand to work all the time, but I want it there for those times when I want to use it. I bought what was advertised as a shower shutoff valve and it dripped constantly this valve does not drip and best of all it matches the finish of my shower fixtures.

Replaced rubber washer that came with it with a thicker washer. Could not get a good seal with original. Seams to leak some from on-off slide when on

Simple but effective valve - quality you can feel. I wanted a small device so it was barely noticeable and this is it - my wife didn't even notice it was installed until I showed her - perfect!
