Great little device!!!
My wife has long suffered with my snoring so I have been trying various tricks. I have tried the strips and I found variable but moderate results depending on brand and how i applied them on the bridge of the nose. The only benefit was that my breathing felt better without however significant effects on my snoring. I moved to this device and immediately my wife was happy in the morning again :-) I blow my nose before I put them in every night. My breathing is nice and clear through the nose and the quality of my sleep has improved significantly. iI am so thrilled that I offered free items from my box to my dad and friends with known snoring issues to help them. Having been left with only one device I have just placed another order today just to be on the safe side. Out of curiosity I might try the jaw braces and dentures in the future but not any time soon.

Mediocre at best, but give it a try
Breathing is a bit easier, some of the “devices” don’t sit comfortably in my nose, the spiral ones are falling out all the time (and even the small one is too big for me). I still wake up from snoring, can’t tell if it’s as bad as before.PS: Amazon should do a better job at cleaning the reviews as some of them are for different products

Undecided. They work, sometimes.
I'll be honest and say that I don't dislike these. I would also say that they are not a magic bullet either. You might snore for a million reasons, so there will never be one cure for all.They aren't a kings ransom of cost, and they don't involve taking any medications, so they are worth a go.My advice would be to try all of the sizes and styles over a few nights to see which suit you. Some of them can make the problem worse, but don't dismiss them based on one or two of the sizes. Give them all a go first.

Didn't work
I dont think these made any difference to my partner and fell out through night. Shame really was hoping they'd help.

Have a big nose!!
Great if I could stand them up my nose! Woke up with a bloody nose as they are not that soft and rubbed my inner nosebtill it bled. Would work but my nose entrance is to small.

Doesn’t help with snoring
Didn’t help with snoring at all and both me and my husband used and they didn’t help, also not very comfortable to sleep with.
