How does this compare to the nutraflix?

Never tried nutraflix, but this one is ok, not great, I am not buying again.

Does this work on coarse dry curly long hair

It probably would. My hair is wavy, thick, frizzy, and tends to be dry. It works well for me. Hope this helps.

Can you use this as a leave in?

No. I haven’t tried it as a leave-in, but I don’t think it would work that way. It’s thick.
