I've been using this now for at least a couple weeks and I do want to say that my nails are stronger. I noticed today how shiny and healthy my hair actually looks. Haven't really noticed anything with my skin or any other effects, but just after 2 weeks I have noticed a difference in those two items. It tastes like frozen orange juice concentrate so it tastes fine to me. I take a tablespoon a day.
