I cannot make an attestation to the health benefits of the vitamin but I can say they are small, easy to dissolve, and taste good. Because of this I have no problem taking one each day

My wife has always used Jamison for D3. Its very important to have especially in Canada were natural D3 consumption is tough. Good vitamin to include to keep healthy.
