After opening package, how many days i can keep it?

Dried Anchovies have a long shelf life. You can keep up to 6 to 12 months. Store in a dry hygienic place. You can also store in the refrigerator.

Whether smoke is given while drying or not

This product is fully machine dried. There is n smoking during the process. Very clean neat and odorless dried fishes processed by Kerala government coastal development corporation.

Are the anchovies cleaned? I mean head, tail and insides removed? Also, do they need to be stored in a freezer if I want to use them later

This product is neat and clean. But the head, tail and inside not removed. We use freshly catch anchovies and dry traditionally.
