Ended up getting this sooner than expected. It is so easy to ready and replace the old one. Very happy with it.

Happy with how eazy it was to install

Works! Bought a new house and decided to put this in basement utility room. Few days later on a cold day it started going off intermittently. Called fire station and sure enough our boiler was improperly vented to outside so carbon monoxide was leaking in every time it ran (heated garage floor). They also found a gas leak when here too so this little thing saved us.
