These things made my feet feel great as I was on them all day
These things made my feet feel great as I was on them all day. When I got home and took them off I realized I was really itchy where it ended. I didn’t realize that it has caused a blister until it was too late. Not only that but after using this product I seem to have had some weird reaction to whatever powder they lined the items with, I still have a rash all over my legs and the area had to have an antibiotic cream to take care of whatever infection it caused.

It is like walking on a cloud
Definitely helps with plantar fasciitis. They fit snuggly and I cannot even feel I am wearing them. It is like walking on a cloud. The only unfavorable thing about this product is that after you wear them a few times, they seem to slip while and move position while you are wearing shoes. Very pleased with the product though and highly recommend this if you are having foot or heel pain. Thank you!

A welcomed aid for narrow heels
Just got them so will have to see how long they will last -- but so far do like the feel and fit of the sleeves. I don't specifically have heel pain but I do have wide/flat feet with very narrow heels -- hence most if not all closed back shoes are loose in the back for me. My past methods have been ankle-compression socks layered underneath regular socks or running socks with the extra heel tab/cushion to take up the excess space in the back of shoes for me (along with any assortment of heel liners/stickers). These new gel sleeves will give me an additional tool for my heel problems.I have tried one set of the sleeves in a lace-up gladiator type sandal/shoe and a flat ballerina type shoe and they really helped take up some of the excess space as well as cushion my achilles heel against rubbing and blisters. Best with a nylon sock or light sock to help hold the sleeve close to the foot (plus helps camouflage the gel more) but for me the sleeves actually fit very well and have no gaps against my feet even without socks. I didn't experience any sliding with the sleeves in the shoes I tried out (maybe the socks help with this or maybe the particular liners in those shoes) though I also will have to see how hot/sweaty the gels may get over a longer duration of time wearing them. Also -- great to have 2 pairs available in the pack from the vendor:) Will see if I can get my elderly mom to try the other pair to help with her cracked heels.

Rash, allergic, reaction beware!!!
I would not buy this again, i got a really bad rash from wearing them for a week on not one but both feet and taking them off at night, skin got really itchy around my ankles some kind of allergic reaction. Its been weeks now after it healed but my skin is still dry and pealing. The product was comfortable for that short time and I tried wearing them over my socks but thats was not useful cause you cant get your feet into the shoes with the rubber. The company did refund my money back so i can say their customer service was pretty good.

Saved the Day!
Great customer support. I actually received an email from their team to make sure that we were happy. See my response below:Hi,Just wanted to let you know we do love the heel cushions. I purchased them for my 12-year old daughter who is a runner. She stepped on a root in one of her cross country meets while racing in her spikes and bruised her heel because the spikes have very little cushion between her heel and the ground. She had her biggest race of the season yesterday. She wore the heel cushions on both feet because she liked they way they felt so much. She had an amazing race. She came in 3rd out of 125 middle school girls. Last year she was not even in the top 10. She also beat her time from last year by more than 30 seconds. She said her heel did not even hurt. I am so glad I found these on Amazon. I will write a review later today. I have already told my mom about them and my daughter's coach. These will be an essential addition to her running wardrobe going forward.

Too thin to feel relief
I just received these for my heel pain, to wear around the house while barefoot. I use Dr. Scholl's heel pain insoles in my shoes and they work great, but my left heel hurts quite a bit when I'm barefoot. They are, so far, pretty disappointing. They are extremely thin on the heel and I don't feel any cushioning when I walk. I put two on the same foot and the cushioning feels better, though the feeling on the top of my foot, however, will take some getting used to, even with just one on. I wish they made these with extra padding/cushioning in the heel area. It also feels like it rolls around under my foot, when I walk. I guess I will have to look for something else. Won't be buying again.

Sweaty and slippery=less stability=more danger for activity/running
Thought they would fit snugly and give support to my heel, but they did not. I wore them under my athletic sock, and wore running shoes with good insoles. I found that these actually gave me less stability, as they slip all around inside my sock and shoe. This then makes them uncomfortable. Also, they are made from silicone, and yes, they have little holes in them so that your feet can "breathe," but they were just icky and sweaty when I took them off. I tore my plantar fascia tendon a couple of years ago, and since then I have to take extra care. But even in good shoes and insoles, my foot will ache after a really good run. Thought this would be a good thing to add to my foot care, but turns out it was a waste of money.
