I bought this item despite the bad product review. When it was installed in the car I put a CD into it and it played the CD fine. When i hit the eject button it displayed "NoDisc" Even while it was playing my disc. This did not make any sense to me. Then after maybe 5-10 minutes of playing the disc, it just stopped playing and displayed "disc" then "Loading" then back to "disc" ect ect. over and over again. I hit eject and it pushed the disc out a little bit then sucked it back in before i could grab it. It did finally give me my disc back. Not only the Disc problem but this stereo can not be a 250w stereo as it was advertised. It does not push any power at all through the speakers. my old $30 Dual that was only 60w pushed them harder. Then after a few days of just putting up with this problem and deciding to keep it just for its radio, it just stoped working all together. Would turn on at all. I dont think i had a disc in it but im not sure. I sent it back all the same. Maybe I just got the bad egg out of the rest but this was a horrible problem and now i am left with no music what so ever in my car. As far as how the brightness is. Its not too bright for night time driving. But it doesnt seem to matter since it doesnt work in the first place. I hope I helped you out. Just get a pioneer. Good Luck!

i needed a replacement radio for my car and i did not want to spend a lot of money, this product met that need. it is a great radio but its not the best quality sound and feel. for the price it delivers what you would expect. the detachable face does not release as smooth as you would like, it take a lit work to take it off. the buttons are a bit stiff and the am/fm tuner is weak you may find that the station can get crossed and you may hear other station when listening to a predetermined station. however the aux port with usb/3.5mm jack allows the easy use of mobile audio devices to play music. the usb port also allows you to charge devices through the radio. over all the deck is good for the price.

Easy installation, good for the price, works good for me i just needed to upgrade the factory stereo in my 96 Grand Prix. The output power is 7W x 4(CH)

This thing is awful; Not only was it difficult to use, as is half the time it wouldn't take a CD and the other half it would cut in and out, like a connection was loose (it wasn't by the way), but at one point, it heated up so much that it began melting the wires near where they connected into it. Not cool. I've never used this brand before, but first impressions are everything.

I did not like this product I purchased. Because it does not have: 1. Scan button to seek stations 2. Preset buttons for stations Morover, the antena power is too week, stations are not clearly captured, found difficulties in adjusting speakers balances and fade function and: the blue light is too bright at evening and is impossible to dim it. This divert the driver when is looking ahead at nights. Thank you.

you definatley get what you pay for with this chinese garbage. all i wanted was a deck with an aux input and i saw the price and clicked, like a dumass. aux input barely works, very shoddy build, tuns itself off all the time even with the volume low. do yourself a favor and dont bother with this junk.

Crap! Worked for 3 months then quit.
