Manfrotto635 Quick-Action Super Clamp (Black)

Title says it all - I wish there was more camera gear where size/weight/packability were given primary considerations. So, I'll keep this in my "if I don't mind lugging a bunch of stuff to the shoot" bag, but not my "go everywhere in case I need it" bag. Also, the little piece that makes the angular clamper piece flat is easily lost (detaches completely everytime an umbrella is inserted or removed) - kind-of tossed in there as an after-thought me-thinks. Also, its expensive, and the added speed of clamping/unclamping is probably on the order of a few seconds, no more.Recommendation:- Get it if you need one, and speed of clamping/unclamping is more important than cost, and you're going to have it with you when you need it.- Pass if you're on a budget (cost and/or space/weight) and are anyway resourceful in a pinch.
