Very god does of Zn and Se. As long taking of Zn lowen Cu, then is very smart to add Cu there

Take with food and do not exceed 30 mg. This supplement has a good balance of zinc and copper.

Finally got my numbers for my thyroid, correct with this supplement, combined with iodine. It has a really long half-life so you don’t have to take it very often. Look up the half-life before you start figuring out your dose.

So far so good but my God, the taste is absolutely horrible

Helps create baby hairs to start growing. I've been losing hair on the front top of my head over stress. I've been seeing baby hairs sprouting from using this supplement for over 2-3 months now. Less hair falls out during showering as well.
