My husband likes this very much. The inscription space was much larger than other competing companies...which gave it its advantage. My husband has several medical conditions that need to be of note if an accident occurs. This allowed him to mention them. Also, he likes the fact that it fastens more like a watch. Hopefully, the material the band is made of, will hold up. Time will tell! Hopefully, bracelet band replacement will be available.

the sides are a little sharp feeling and the band covers the back so you can't read it. I have a large wrist and the band end sticks out often. it held lots of information that others don't. I'm looking to have a leather band handmade to replace the band it came with.

This product has a couple of flaws. First, the band is very stiff ballistic nylon. It's kind of scratchy on the wrist, which means I only wear it when I am away from my home. Second, the blue, medical alert symbol has almost worn off after 8 months of part-time wearing. Unlike the custom lettering, the symbol is not recessed, so it is subject to wear from shirt cuffs and such. The only feature this product has over all of the others I looked at is the generous amount of space on which to record your medical and I.C.E. information.***** UPDATE. *****Recently I played actor-victim in a county-wide mass casualty exercise involving actual, professional first-responders. The exercise scenario was repeated three time to practice at getting better. Thus during the course of the afternoon I was triaged and treated by 8 or so of the professionals. NOT ONE of them recognized or looked at the bracelet which I had on my right wrist. In the after-action review I found 1) that our first-responders are not trained to look for Medic-Alert symbols, and 2) the severe (moulaged) and very life-like wound to my LEFT wrist attracted all of their attention for triage and treatment. They did not respond to my verbal complaints of chest pain that was easily explained by the medic alert bracelet.My take-away is that if you think a medic alert bracelet (let alone a pendant inside your shirt/blouse) will help, you might want to check YOUR local first responders for their awareness of medic alert ID, and save your money if you get a blank look.

I got this for my husband who had a stroke recently. He has only had it for a week so there really is no wear and tear on it yet. Once I got the confirmation email to get the engraving done, it took no time at all to receive it. It came really fast, about 7 days from purchase to my doorstep. I like the band. Any extra band sticking out is wrapped under the metal piece and it looks fine. The only thing I can see being a problem is that the band covers the back so if you want something engraved, the band would have to be taken off in order for someone to read any message on the back. I recommend that all information needed should only be on the front. I just put an extra contact on the back.

A last minute long distance car trip alone and having this bracelet reduced anxiety 100 fold. To know that if my husband met with a serious health problem all the answers to questions the EMT's might have were right there. The lettering is very clear and sharp. Large enough to be easy to read. It is a lifesaving item and gives a sense of peace knowing that the one you love wears it while you are apart.

The bracelet came to me exactly printed as ordered. The band dries quickly after being wet. No instructions on how to adjust the band is the only negative thus far. I am not sure if it is printed or etched. Time will tell. It may be both.

The bracelet is very comfortable to wear, which I did not expect.

It was an excellent product just way to bulky for my wrist I had a lot of health issues to list so I needed a big tag I ordered but just to bulky for me great product ..and great company they helped me exchange for another product .
