5 x Finger Trowel Set: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14mm Flat Stainless Steel, Wooden Handle (Set)

Used these as I lost my old trusty set of pointers and needed a varied size set for a pointing job. Repointed the entire front end of a house with these and they worked really well. Only one of the pointers snapped at the weld, which had been used to carry out the majority of the repointing work. For how cheap these are I’d just buy another set and have a back up of each. Overall very happy with the quality and value for money. Comfortable in the hand and do the job nicely.

Good range of thicknesses for pointing a Victorian wall that has a lot of different mortar sizes! Could be a bit more sturdy but solid enough

Great little set - wooden handles much nicer than plastic alternatives. Widths are ideal for most jobs and seem to stand up to use / abuse well! Can’t go wrong really.

Lime mortar repointing DIY job. 100% does the job. A few vertical joints were very narrow, the small tool was ideal, the 8mm tool did all of the work. The bigger 3 tools were too big for anything more than filling in a few huge gaps, but this kit was not only cheaper, but better than trying to buy individual tools.

Used them for pointing the patio flags/stones. Just the perfect tool. Can not recommend them highly enough!

I am perhaps being a bit harsh but the type of brick I have does not suit this jointer, A more regular brick would be well suited. I am an experienced bricklayer and will try different tools for different jobs. These may be useful where the brick has a sharp and regular edge. The quality may be a bit less than you would wish but it gives you a chance to try different widths at a reasonable cost.

They are good enough for lime pointing, and having some different widths is useful to get to find a couple that will get the job done across different gap sizes of a Victorian house face.
