Very poor absorption.compared to Mg glycinate form. Waste of money!

They are good, but one of the capsules was broken inside and so it coated all the other pills so they were very chalky in taste when I tried to consume them

Excellent quality, and it works.
My physical work and exercise will never cause me leg cramps while sleeping if I just take 3-pills per day. I love that. I also use a Ancient Minerals MAG spray directly on my skin if needed for faster direct relief.

I had been taking the gummies and they stopped having any affect. It would take an hour to get to sleep and would wake up between 2-3 am every night and couldn’t go back to sleep. I was taking sleep aids on weekends to get some rest. AI suggested taking pure magnesium and even suggested this particular brand. I’ve been taking it for over a week now before bed and I fall asleep faster and stay asleep. It’s been wonderful!
