Check the plug
Delivered with European plug, had to cut off and attach a new plug, could not tell if item would work until new plug on, all a bit of a faff

Continental plug into 3 prong British does not work
The fuse in the 3 pronged part blew today leaving it a mess. This design is not good or safe. Will now have to contact De Longhi.

Fabulous fries
Best chips I have ever had. Requires just over one litre of oil and the chips rotate in and out of the hot oil to produce the most crisp golden chips you’ll ever eat.
