Actually I give to my dog for a medical condition with her nails. This with other supplements have held her at bay from her nails falling off. If its not broken.. i will use them for her for life.

I use Vital Proteins powder but I don't drink coffee so I have to mix it in my food, I take the pills to supplement days I dont get the powder. I saw these recommended on Tiktok & decided the price made them worth trying. They are bigger than the Vital Proteins brand pills but seem to work just as well. They are the same dosage; you have to take 6 pills a day. For the price you can't beat the results! Adding collagen has helped my joints & all but stopped my hair shedding.
