Review: Cookies! - I am absolutely shock on how this is a total life changer. Makes baking cookies so fun and such a breeze. Made 9 dozen cookies in less than a hour! Total worth it and love all the plate designs it offers. It doesn’t waste any batter as it pushes it all out. And for under $15. Made the cookies today with my parents in law and they were wanting to steal it from me! They were amazed as so was I. Looking forward for Christmas cookies Review: Flimsy metal - I liked the ease of use this was but it only lasted for about 20 presses before it broke ( won't press down anymore) design flaw otherwise it worked great as expected for a very short time.

Makes THE best German Christmas cookies
The best cookie press I’ve ever owned in my 67 years, and I’ve gone through many. The plate I use most is the spritz one that makes ribbon shaped cookies with delicate ridges. It makes thin ribbons that crisp up beautifully. It was also the cheapest price! And made entirely of metal.

Replacement for decades old Press
Used my Grandma's press for years. Nothing lasts forever. Bought this as a replacement. Takes some getting used to. The Spritz dough really need to be chilled well. I tried using parchment paper...don't recommend that, Dough tends to stick to it. I had trouble getting just the right amount of dough to come out and give a perfectly-shaped cookie. The instructions are pretty worthless. Even the on-line tutorial is somewhat incomplete. I guess Chinese to English doesn't always translate well. Should have purchased the Wilton press for a few extra bucks. I will do better next Christmas.

Disappointed ☹️
This item disappointed us. Poorly made , it failed to apply the pressure through the disk to make any decent cookie. After three cookies, my hand was sore and the lever was bending. My grand daughter gave up in disappointment too. I do not recommend buying this tool.😔

Beautiful Cookies
Love this product! Very first time I tried it and I feel it is all I will use next year! I love the ease of use... works better when chilled.

DISC CUT-OUT TOO SMALL TO CREATE GOOD IMAGE ON COOKIE.
I bought this because I couldn't locate my mother's 60 year old Mirro cookie press, and I had historically had difficulty using the Mirro. Anyway, long story short, by the time this one arrived, I had located my Mirro and had baked one batch of Spritz using it. I washed and filled the Shule and made a few, but noticed they weren't coming out looking the same. I pulled out the Mirro disks and saw the difference in the picture attached. While the disks are the same size, the cut-out of the Mirro (left) is significantly larger and more pronounced than the Shule. So, I will keep the Shule for the lever action, but I will use the Mirro Disks in it. Shule needs to enlarge the cut-outs. I will also say that since the Mirro is a much larger unit, the dough stays colder longer. Since the Spritz dough is primarily butter, it warms up pretty quickly. It needs to stay colder to retain the image created by the cut-out.

Cheap ... For a Reason
Broke on first use. The ratchet mechanism is just not up to the task of pushing dough out. Save the hassle of having to return this and choose a more sturdy model.
