It functions and it's cheap, but this is the second one I've purchased because the first (same one) charger I purchased quit working after 7 months. But I couldn't find it anywhere else so Im trying my luck again

I've gone through three car chargers, included one I'd been using for my previous laptop and none of them worked. I finally tried this out and it works like a charm and is completely quiet. I don't know what makes this so different but I'm glad I finally found one that works.

My Samsung notebook came with a high quality wall charger. This is an equivalent quality charger that plugs into my 12V car outlet. I couldn't ask for anything more from this purchase.Yes, the blue LED is exceptionally bright. It doesn't affect my satisfaction with the product.Make sure you choose the Pwr+ product that has the correct power specs for your computer, and you'll be satisfied.
