Cant miss storytelling
Ales Kot continues the great story of Zero in Volume 2. More surprises await Zero as he begins to question everything he was taught. A can't miss story and one of Kot's best work. The artist changes from issues which allows different takes on the same characters but doesn't distract the reader.

Fantastic series here
Fantastic series here. The fact it changes artists each issue really is a nice touch, however without solid story telling that would be just a gimmick. Fortunately that is not the case here. It is incredibly well written. One of my favorite titles actually.

Prepare to be confounded
The non-linear storytelling in this book infuriates me. I have no idea WTF is going on. Every page seems to take place in a different time without there ever being a baseline. For non-linear stories to work you really need a common time that you keep going back to or at least be able to condense the story down into a 2 hour movie. The art ranges between craptastic and decent depending on the issue. There would probably be a pretty good story here if someone cut up the finished product once it's over and rearranged the panels into a coherent timeline.

Edward Zero's back story expands forward and backwards in time ...
Edward Zero's back story expands forward and backwards in time from volume 1. Volume 2 provides more colour around the character painting something more nuanced than Ian Fleming's James Bond. Michael Gaydos builds an expansive universe for Zero to exist in. Bring on volume 3.

Not as good as volume 1
Was just 'OK'. Not as good as volume 1.

Espionagem reflexiva
