8GB DDR4 2400 MHz SODIMM PC4-19200 (PC4-2400T) CL17 Non-ECC Laptop RAM Memory Module

I used this kit to maximize the RAM capacity of my in-law's aging laptop. Installing it definitely improved the laptop's speed and usability - the stock configuration of a single 4gb module with Win10 was hamstringing it severely. After running TestMem5 for multiple cycles, no errors were found. Inspecting the module info with CPU-Z showed identical production dates and very similar serial numbers, and both modules use Samsung chips. As with nearly any RAM, especially in a laptop, it was a plug-and-play affair. DDR4 prices have increased lately due to global production ramping down, but this set is still a good deal. 16gb of RAM is a respectable amount for DDR4 laptops.

Great price, I was able to double the RAM in my older, slow HP laptop that only had 8Gb of RAM. Performs great, good value.

It worked. Took a long time to arrive but installed and booted laptop no issue thus far.

I replaced an 8GB with this 16GB RAM and it seems to work without any issues. I was particularly careful in ensuring that it is compatible with the computer. The computer was previously upgraded to Windows 11. Before installing the RAM (which was easy to do), I shut down completely. After installing the RAM, upon attempting to boot, I got a white screen indicating that it detected a different size RAM than at prior shutdown and that I may press enter to begin configuration. I pressed enter and it did whatever needed to be done without further intervention from me. That all there was to it.

This is my second purchase of laptop memory modules from A-Tech in the last 3 years. To rebuild and upgrade my 6 year old laptop I needed a memory upgrade and repeated my search of memory module vendors. Once again I decided on A-Tech and they didn't disappoint. (BTW: I highly recommend staying away from the temptation to buy used/pre-owned modules, with those I've found you're asking for more troubles). My successfully purchasing the right memory requires that I know the specific memory modules required: type, shape/pin layout, speed, capacity, if more than one module being added requires additional modules to be the same size, and staying at or below total maximum memory allowed for my machine. With the right specs for my machine in hand A-Tech promptly provided new, quality modules at a very good price. Testing them out during installation the A-Tech modules again proved to be excellent. I'm writing out a review as I personally don't put much stock in 'stars' in reviews anymore, so I'm motivated to offer my first-hand experience with A-Tech to perhaps help someone else ( I have no relationship with them other than my just being another customer). My recommendation: A-Tech as a great source for anyone's memory chip/module needs!

Bought a new laptop for work that needed just a bit more oompf and since I know how to install and change out hardware, I decided to give this a shot. Well, 4 months later and my laptop is still running like a dream with no lag because of lack of memory. Priced at a great price point, I'll definitely come back to this brand when I want to add more RAM to my computer.

Bought this for my (now old) Dell G7 15 7588 gaming laptop. It fit perfectly & I went from having just 16gb of ram to 32gb. So very pleased.

RAM'S works fine if one knows what they ordered. These were value for money and worked great.
