Wonderful!!! What I love about this is the fact that the side that goes on your face has a light soft cotton on it. So the freezing cold beaded side doesn’t go directing on your face. It’s nice great for migraines!! I purchased 2 ! Both in freezer now, I will use one then when that one is not cold enough pop it back in freezer take the other one out etc... etc... very nice! Would recommend!! Has elastic to go around the head and attached by Velcro. Quick delivery , so you can enjoy this mask in 2 days , I was surprised ) I will recommend !!!!

I don't know why there is so many perfect ratings. Unless you laying down the beats fall down with a second. This causes all the heat transfer to the bottom. I can't even sit in bed and watch TV. Also, bottom straps are longer then top straps. Return.

I got Sofida Cold hot gel pack today. I put it in the freezer for a few minutes to get cold which it did. I used it on my face for just a little bit to see how it was going to feel, felt pretty good. I’m having to treat my face with some medicine and needed to feel something cold on my face. It didn’t feel cold enough but that could be due to the cream I’m having to use. I smell a little bit of an odor that I hope goes away. I’ll update after using for a week.

Like the softness of this. The beads don't stay put...when I put it on, they move to my chin) I use it for heat. Also when I heat it up...I get nervous because of the plastic and the beads possibly breaking. Maybe used for cold/frozen only would be perfect?

The product sort of sits on the face. It doesn't fit/cling to face; you would have to use hands and press. Not what I expected. Velcro is also frustrating...impossible to control getting hair caught while lying down.
