Pricey but worth it in conjunction with standard foam roller
Bit pricey but really does work. I use a foam roller, lacrosse ball, shiatsu massager but there are a few niggles that you just cant get too. Ive been experiencing some over the knee pain for a long time, this tool was perfect to massage the inner quads and just above the knee - christ the tension and pain relief i could taste it, once you get the pressure right and hit a trigger point it really digs deep- loosened up my knee after one use! This tool is also ideal for calves and forearms which are so hard to get to with conventional rollers.

Goodbye to golf /tennis elbow pain
Bought this Rolflex Massager after physio exercises didn't seem to help much with my golf elbow in both arms, caused by repetitive strain at work cleaning. I have only just started using it today but so far I am very impressed. It's helping the constant ache I got in my forearms & pain in elbows. After using this for next few weeks I'm hoping it will cure my golf elbows. I bought this as had such good reviews. So far well impressed, if your debating just buy one, be money we'll spent & save on expensive physio sessions.

Fantastic, great build quality
Fantastic, great build quality, very strong and stable product - should last a long time. The green roller is a perfect blend of firmness and texture, works equally well on arms and legs. There are accessories that come with to use this on your neck and back but i think a normal foam roller/pvc pipe/tennis ball etc work better. I wouldn't buy this for areas other than the extremities. But for the arms and legs it is second to none. The ability with little effort to exert an effective and sustainable pressure for soft tissue work is great, something that's more difficult to do with other means mentioned above (e.g. calf or forearm massage on foam roller/balls etc...)

Painful but good
If your forearms are knakered like mine then this thing packs a blast. At first I thought having to hold the top was a stupid idea but it’s actually better because you can adjust the pressure as you go. Hurts but does it’s job well.

It works!
It seemed a bit expensive when I ordered it, but it has surpassed all expectations. I have been struggling with tennis elbow for months and after a couple of weeks of using this daily, the condition has improved significantly.Easy to use and very adaptable.

Genius product this works so much better than a traditional foam roller for legs and arms!

Una manna per i polpacci. Può essere usato anche come massaggiatore “a matterello” Non lo vedo bene invece per le altre parti del corpo, dove il classico foam roller é meglio.

Great great great massager for calves and forearms. Works the tennis elbow tendon so good. Front and back of lower legs, good for shin splints and Achilles. Highly recommend.

製品は気に入って使っています。『5種類のフォームローリングツール セット』の表記は間違かな?それらしいものは付属していません。本体以外には太い部位用に延長する用途のベルトは入っていましたけど、それだけでした。

My teeanage son is a varsity baseball pitcher and asked me to get a roller so he could massage his arm after pitching. He found a $20 item on Amazon. "You get what you pay for," I told him. I sat down and researched higher-priced items. In the end, I purchased the $80 Rolflex for him. Fast foward 9 months and I am the very proud owner of 2 Rolflex and 1 Rollit, Rolflex's secondary product ($30). Precision Pressure: Probably the #1 feature of the Rolflex device and the Rollit, is the ability to adjust the pressure you apply to the muscle with very little effort and total precision. The hinged device, enables the user to gently increase or decrease the pressure with total precision using your fingertips holding the two handles together. Deterrants to Regular Use: If you use a rechargeable pulsating massage gun, which I have and do use, you probably enjoy the simplicity of the machine doing the work. The Rolflex is not that easy. That said, you cannot get the same therapeutic results with a massage gun that you can achieve with the Rolflex. It is easy to use, but it takes some practice. It's easy to use, but you have to learn your body's needs, how to position the Rolflex and which notch on the adjustable clamp to set the device, before you'll achieve maximum benefit. Once you do...IT IS INCREDIBLE! Learning to Use Rolflex: The videos are a great starting point, but there are sooo many more muscles you can dig into if you work at it. For example, as a tennis player, my outer shoulder muscles need therapy regularly. Placing the weighty rubber base on the thigh, opening the clamp to the larger settings and leaning forward until the yellow roller is on the shoulder muscles requires a comfortable position on a firm chair. Once you get it in place, gradually moving the shoulder in and out of the Rolflex while adjusting pressure is heavenly. The same is true for the larger muscles of the leg. Again, it takes practice, but the more I have used it, the more I've found ways to dig into the muscles of the legs and arms and there is no question that my body has benefited from a regular routine of rolling out the muscles daily. Rollit (their secondary product): The more I used the Rolflex, the more I craved a similar device for the neck and upper shoulder / high back muscles. Enter the Rollit. Essentially, it's half of the Rolflex clamp device with a long strap attached to it. The strap has thumb loops that work perfectly. This device takes practice as well and more creativity than the Rolflex, but once you get used to setting it on the muscles and looping the strap around your body and into your free hand, the ability to roll the device on neck, shoulder, upper back, side back muscles and even on the pectoral muscles in front the therapeutic benefits are FANTASTIC! If you are serious about taking care of your sore muscles, THIS IS THE TOOL you need in your arsenal. I got tired of sharing with my son, so I bought one for myself. As a baseball umpire, soccer referee, tennis player and surfer at age 53, I am certain that Rolflex and the Rollit will enable me to stay healthy and avoid injury for many years to come.
