Great for chicken wings
I picked up EverCrisp mainly to try on chicken wings, and it definitely delivers. It gives the wings a light, crispy texture without making them feel heavy or greasy. Super easy to use, just a little goes a long way. I’ve also tried it on fish and veggies with good results, but it really stands out on wings. I also like that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and OU kosher certified, which is a nice bonus. If you’re trying to get that restaurant-style crisp at home, this is a solid addition to your kitchen.

Works as advertised
It actually works. Replaced 20% of the cornstarch I usually use in Korean fried chicken batter and it was notably crispy and stayed that way for well over an hour after being sauced in fish sauce caramel.

Expensive crisper
Really adds crispness to flour coatings, but it's getting really expensive. I may have to go back to using cheaper cornstarch.

Helps to crisp up chicken 🍗, without using flour!
I used this to air fry chicken, added it to my almond flour, and spices, and it helped to add a crispy coating. It is wheat dextrin! Low carb, 0 sugar, high fiber!

Keep's crispy for a long time
I've been using this in a wet batter as well as a power (w/ flour). This stuff almost seems to make things crispier when deep fried, but in the wet batter, the item stayed crispy until the next day!

If you know, you know!
If you wanna make restaurant quality fried foods, this is it. I use it for fried chicken, country fried steaks, and fried vegetables. It literally takes your fried foods the next level.

Very expensive!
Really like the product. So far have used it for onion rings and fried oysters. They both stayed crisp even after the leftovers were in the refrigerator. I’ve bought 3 more for gifts for friends. My only complaint is the price. It’s prohibitively expensive for frequent use. I probably won’t buy any more for my personal use because of the price.
