Easy to take and Tasteless
I do notice that I'm less tired through the day. I've tried a similar product in a pill form and definitely notice more results with this powder form. It doesn't really have a taste so it's easy to take every day.

4 weeks using it and love it
No taste, easy to mix! Been using for 4 weeks now and I did use half packet per time I fill up my Stanley with water. The first time I used the whole packet and it did make me feel a bit odd. Half a packet is perfect, energy and sleep are what I notice most. Have to say my little nicks, scrapes are healing faster too. I will keep using this.

It’s not thick as other reviews mentioned.
TLDR: too soon to tell results, not thick at all, maybe a slight bitter taste I’m a 50 yr old female that struggles with fatigue and sleep issues. I bought this to hopefully boost my energy levels. I just started this a few days ago and so far do not see any results. Regarding the taste, it may have a slight bitter taste but it isn’t that noticeable. Other reviews complained about the thickness. It is not thick at all. If you read the instructions, you are to mix it with 16 oz of water so that amount of water completely dissolves it.

Aging backwards
I didnt realize how it was working until I ran out and hadn't been taking it for over 2 weeks. I noticed the difference in my energy and sleep habits. I feel better taking it knowing it's helping my cells age better.

taste bad
it works and gives me energy but it really has a bitter taste. Not a lot of reviewers mentioned that. I have to take it mixing with small amount of honey and water.

More pleased than I can say!
I have only recently heard about NAD+ and all of the benefits (improved sleep being one of them). I cannot afford the IV infusions at this time so I went with the powder form. It is tasteless and I mix one packet in my iced passion tea drink. I slept better the first night after drinking the NAD during the day. I was surprised, but also skeptical - maybe just a placebo effect? But no. My sleep continues to improve - I sleep longer at a stretch and much deeper - dreams are back. And I don’t feel groggy or drugged in the morning. It’s amazing. I also have issues with anxiety and traveling away from home. This past weekend, we went up to the mountains and I only had brief snippets of anxiety, but nothing unmanageable. I was very pleased and did not have to take any prescription meds. I have only been taking the supplement for about a month now. I do notice that I feel less foggy - probably because I am actually sleeping. I haven’t noticed more at this time but it is still very soon to be experiencing more of the long term benefits. After more than a decade of trying to find natural ways to improve my sleep - I am more pleased than I can say that I got this product and I can’t wait to see what the future benefits will be :)

Excellent! Must Try
I use this product daily in my coffee. Dissolves quickly and no taste or aftertaste. Great to add to your vitamin regimen.
