Expensive but saved my printer
I used this kit to clean the printer head on my HP 8620. One color was almost solid, and another was gooey thick. The other two colors seemed to be okay. I cleaned the whole cartridge and used the whole bottle of liquid. The ink flowed great after using this cleaner. I did find another problem in my print head. There was a tape seal in the air compartment that was damaged, so I replaced it with a piece of label maker tape. The printer works great now. I almost put it out to the trash. An equivalent replacement printer cost 500-600 dollars. This was money well spent.

Really works, just follow the directions
This worked on my WorkForce 3640!!! I suggest that you watch the 2 'how to' videos that were made by the company and in this order: 1. How to use this cleaner, then 2. Why you should warm the cleaner fluid, and then 1. How to use this cleaner again. It'll help you plan your cleaning strategy immensely. One piece of info that may be helpful; if you need to use the silicone tube to clean the print heads, you have to warm up the end of that tube in hot water to get it to stretch over the bottle nozzle.

Worked great for uncloging Epson Ecotank et 2850!
Came from "The Printer Guy"'s video on a DIY on how to unclog your Epson Ecotank et2850, and the kit works great! I haven't used my printer in a couple years, and many many power cleans later, my black still wouldnt print! This kit helped my unclog my black, and now my printer is printing amazingly! I'd definitely recommend this kit, especially for the Epson ecotank printers!

Cleaned my printer well
Great product - did the job well. Cyan, blue and yellow nozzles were all completely clogged and now they work great. It came with the correct connector to fit my Brother printer which made connection of syringe very easy. Only reason did not give it 5 stars is that the tubing that came with it was very small and thus very difficult to attached to the connector - I had to put petroleum jelly on the flexible stem of the connector and put a rigid rod inside the connector to hold it still while attaching the tube - had to really push to get the tube on so it would stay. Then worked great.

It works but…
We had two printers that needed to be cleaned. One printer was the Brother MFC-J835DW and an Epson XP-446. After watching the video on how to clean the printers, both printers printing issue did not resolve. For the Brother, the black ink still would not print. After examining the line, we noticed the black ink was not flowing at all, as if there was no seal allowing the ink to flow through the line. The colored ink flowed freely and printed with no issue. For the Epson, we got it to print but the print head was causing it to smear the colored ink then all of a sudden the printer shut down and would not turn back on. Both printers we have to recycle now. The solution does work, but beware it may not resolve the issue at all. The only way you can fully clean the print head is to remove the print head and flush the fluid through it, if possible. I think the print head was damaged after cleaning it on the Epson printer due to it rubbing against the paper towel, hence the smeared ink when printing. The cost for the actual product is too high. You get everything you need, but the bottle of solution is enough to clean just one printer one time. I would not attempt to clean the printer, but just buy a new one.

Easy and effective.
This kit was easy to use in cleaning my Canon print head. The included hose attached firmly to the print head, and the syringe applied enough force to clear the clogged nozzles. The instructions suggest warming the cleaning solution. I did not do this, but even at room temperature it worked quickly. At first, only a slow drip of cleaner came out of the nozzles, but that soon changed to a multiple-stream spray as the nozzles were cleared. The design of the Canon printer allows you to remove the heads for cleaning, which simplifies the process, but it's still messy. A disposable tray (I used a plastic milk jug with the top cut off, filled with a few paper towels) will help protect your surroundings, and I suggest you use the included plastic glove to keep your fingers their normal color. After cleaning the heads and refilling the ink tanks I ran a test print, which was perfect.

Almost worked.
Eventhough this product did not completely fix my printer. It was able to clean 4 out of 5 print heads. I guess that last one was too far gone.

I have had my Epson 2760 since August 2021 and it never printed properly. My Mom had passed at the time and I needed a scanner to send info to the lawyer so didn't pay much attention, nor did I have time to fiddle with the new printer. I hadn't been using the printer recently and all of the nozzles clogged. I found this product via a YouTube video and tried it tonight. I am so excited to say that it worked perfectly. Apparently the colours will be better after 12 hours, but they are already really nice. Yellow never worked well, yet the bowl of pineapple I just printed looks almost perfect. I am 100% satisfied with this product and have already recommended it to two of my friends.

It works. I had a faulty Magenta print head in an Epson ET-4700. I had enough fluid to clear every head and decided to do the Magenta twice, and I still have around 10-15ml fluid left over. I then ran a power clean and have also installed a new maintenance box in the back (not from same seller). The Youtube videos on this product are what attracted me to it specifically as they are very detailed. The printer is now printing better than it has in the last 2 years.

This is a good printer head cleaning kit with a variety of fittings to try to clean almost any inkjet printer. Some challenge figuring out which fittings to use for my model printer. Unfortunately, it did not work to restore the color jets in my Epson Workforce Pro WF – 3820. That being said, I'm not sure if it's an inkjet problem or an electronic problem endemic to the printer. I'm going to try one more cleaning approach before I give up and replace the printer.
