ProForm Ab Glider Sport

Very good piece of equipment. It may feel a little un-sturdy but for the price it's well worth it. I bought it as sort of a trial to see if I want to invest in a much higher quality one. But so far I like this one a lot. I may not have to make that investment for a while!

The set up was terrible, the screws didn't fit right (the pack was missing a screw and they just stapled one in a zip-lock bag to make up for it) the "lubricating" or "oil" pack didn't do anything but make it sticky. Feels a little unstable. I had to use my head and get creative to make it feel stable and get the screws to actually hold it together.

I purchased this product after talking with someone else that bought it, after he reviewed other products.It's an okay product, but I think it's better for people who are smaller in overall size.I'm an off season 280+ lbs bodybuilder, and I wanted some ab equipment for home. I can do the side to side, sometimes slipping a little, but trying to do the crunch upwards makes me feel like I'm going to break the machine.I like the concept, I don't regret the purchase, but I'd recommend that you're smaller in size.As for those complaining about it working your upper body, they must not have paid attention to the advertisement. It specifically states that it works upper body as well as abs - even though it's called ab machine.

if your looking for a machine that specifically target your problem areas, sides tummy etc. this works great and it was an easy assemble.

I was very excited when it arrived so quickly. I was able to assemble it alone without a problem. However, VERY difficult to use. I'm in good shape at 5'5 and 120lbs but the arm grips are too far away for me to comfortably grasp on to correctly do a crunch. I felt more like I was doing pull ups than crunches. Very disappointed.

Definitely makes you sore. Took a while to get the hang of it but worth the buy!

I love my ProForm Ab Glider it is everything advertised and more!! It's not a very large piece of exercise equipment, in fact mine sits safely under my table..

I received the ab glider before the date that was promised but no video or diet plan as was in the discription. The handle bars are not where they should be as seen in the pictures and other videos and so far the main workout that I see is in my arms and shoulders. I am 5' 10" and 180 lbs and not really over weight and with the handle bars so far forward and the hand grips turned up instead of inward like the pictures show, I'm almost laying forward to reach them and getting more arm then ab.
