I recently purchased this product and NOTHING on it works. I installed the driver included in the packaging to my Windows 10 laptop (Acer Predator G9-593) but I cannot the external display, any of the USB ports, or laptop charging to work. This dock has "PD Laptop Charging" in the title and my USB-C port is compatible so this should be supported.I downloaded the most up-to-date driver directly from the SIIG site, completed windows updates, updated my graphics card driver, checked the Acer site for additional drivers, tried all 5 USB 3.0 ports, tried both DP ports, and rebooted a few times. Both of the dock status lights come on and I have the dock connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power strip but still no success.Unfortunately there is no phone support after 5PM PST so I am refunding for Amazon credit and purchasing a different dock.

Download software from SIIG.Enable hardware in Security settings.Restart your MacBook Pro.You are good to go!

I had issues and I had to update OS version to 10.14.2. Now it works perfectly fine with my MacBook Pro.When 3 monitors connected: 3840x2160@30Hz - for large (DP), 2 others ~1080pWhen 2 monitors connected: 3840x2160@60Hz - for large (DP), only 1 other ~1080p (HDMI)

Bought 2 (home for office and home) and both died within a week. Absolutely ridiculous that i paid this much for this crap.
