Yes I would say so, I ordered white, the fit is loose and the legs cuffed, making them similar to tracksuit bottoms.

Hi, asked my son and he says they are not ichy, note he wore these for a season they held shape well but by the end of season knees as you would expect stained. But otherwise he loved them. Paula
