Good quality.
I returned it. I bought it to be used with a table saw splitter. It turned out that I could not use the splitter and keep my saw blade guard. I chose to keep being able to use the blade guard.

Great value!
This insert was made from quality phenolic, laminated and machined perfectly to fit my 66. Adjustments were intuitive to dial in snug and flush. And most importantly its a third the price of the OEM insert.

Great quality and fit
Needed this for a zero clearance insert so I could put in a riving knife. Excellent quality and fit for my powermatic 66 table saw.

excellent product
Replaced noisy ill-fitting metal insert that was original equipment on my Powermatic Model 66 table saw. Nicely designed for both height and lateral adjustments. Significantly reduced amount of sawdust coming out of the insert and is quiet. Should have purchased this product years ago.

Great Quality Insert
I like most people thought I could batch out some inserts but I wondered how an aftermarket one would perform. This insert is absolute quality. It is HEAVY adjustment screws are simple and leveled with ease. The moment I pulled this out of the package I knew it was special. I put the fence over the right side of the insert and raised a 1/4" dado stack through it and the installation was complete. I planned on just using one insert for my entire dado stack but I came back to order two more for a 3/4" dado and the largest width in my stack. You will be happy you threw this in your 66.

Fits Powermatic 65
The insert fit my 1963 Powermatic 65. There were two small bumps on one side I had to shave down with a hand plane but otherwise a great fit.

For a professional woodshop, these are a no-brainer
As a professional woodshop, buying these inserts makes more sense to me than making them. The adjustability is excellent, they are straight and seem very tough. I just bought a couple more to have for different blades and dados. Overall very happy.

Colors Vary; Installation Noisy
I just installed mine. It's a very sturdy product, made very meticulously. Most inserts have four leveling screws, like this one, but the Leecraft insert also has horizontal screws on the back and one side, to make it fit your opening.Don't expect an orange insert like the one in the photo. The fine print says colors vary. I did not notice that. I got black with white specks. It makes a horrendous racket when you cut the kerf. It will sound like you're trying to saw through a bunch of tin cans. Don't assume your saw is coming apart. It makes a pretty surprising smell when you cut into it. I would describe it as "flaming urine." But it goes away.
