Excellent product for the property where the boiler is located in the attic.No issues to set, easy to use. The most important is that it has no WiFi only radio waves. So you don't need broadband to use it.

Fitted by qualified engineer very quickly and works as described. We didn't have a programmable thermostat for our heating and this does the job extremely well. Recommended.

Another reviewer said they packed it into the box and returned the lot. I can understand that. It’s a nightmare, not for the feint hearted. The instructions are limited, and assume some knowledge of the product. After many attempts to get to the 7 day programme I gave up and altered the default settings, laborious but doable.

Bought to replace same controller, which blew due to awful faulty wiring by plumber!Easy to replace and wire safely. Existing thermostat linked with no problem. Thermostat is simple to use and set different temperatures for times of day..i.e. cooler during day when sun coming through south-facing window and we are busy. Warmer when sun goes, and we relax in the evening. Easily adjust by pressing the + or - buttons - a note 'over' comes up when overriding. Holiday mode setting is simple too. Pity they don't sell the controller separately - I now have a spare thermostat in case I am ever clumsy though.

This is just the ticket for me as my thermostat was badly located and was hard to control.This device can go wherever I want and can be set to whatever I want, even in bed.The programming features are good although I don't need or use them, I just needed remote control and without having to open some pesky account somewhere to get it to work as with so many other devices which shouldn't need the cloud. I just think that is an excuse frankly.You can buy a gateway to add to this which will make it controllable via wi-fi if you so wish and I've not tried that and probably won't bother given how I use it.I fitted this myself in less than 10 minutes but unless you've studied your boiler carefully and know what you are doing, I would recommend you call in a professional to make sure it's connected up correctly.
