Much softer and more comfortable than the ones we were sold by the Presciption Oxy place
My wife had a really comfortable (for having to wear one) cannula from the hospital. The hoses to the nose were thin, and easy to get in place around her ears. The ones the Oxy supply place supplied were about twice as thick (both by the nose, and the cabling out to place where they merge). These are much closer to the hospital supplied ones, and my wife likes them much better. Two things we noted: 1) They do have bit of a plastic smell when first opened. She said she didn't notice it after about 30 minutes. 2) They _seem_ louder than the others. The hiss is more noticeable in a quite room than the either of the other brands they gave us. Not a big deal, as we sleep with a fan on for white noise already. For clarification, it isn't loud, just a bit louder. Will buy again if she is on the oxygen for more than a month.

A good product
Great for use with my concentrator. These are soft enough not to cause discomfort, but sturdy enough that they hold up well. I'll reorder.

Great except for initial smell
This tubing is very good. The tubing is soft and doesn't irritate my nose, and the cannula stays in place (I wear this overnight.) My only issue is that it has a strong plastic unpleasant scent when you take it out of the bag. It took several days for that to dissipate. I'd recommend taking one out of the bag a few days before you need to change to a new one.

Oxygen tube for nasal
Stays soft for the two weeks of use, so durability is great!

Very soft and comfortable
The cannulas provided by hospice are fairly rigid and uncomfortable. I found these by accident and my mom loves them. Says she can barely feel them compared to the harder plastic cannulas. I showed the hospice nurse and she plans to recommend them to her patients who hate wearing the provided tubing.

Unlike others, these are extremely pliable.
I actually use them only for parts as I make my canulas from silicone tubing (extremely soft but NOT crush resistant which can shut off the flow) as I have extremely sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate me. I also use silicon tubing with a cinch to prevent my ears and head from being irritated as I have a head larger than the largest standard glass frames. It keeps my glasses from falling off when I'm working and can work like the standard strings allowing me to leave my glasses on my chest when not needed.

Almost A Winner
These cannulas are really great but there are a few things that I dislike about them. The first thing is the smell. These are by far the worst smelling cannulas I've ever had. They have a really strong chemical smell at initial use but it dissipates within a few hours. I also did not like the little tab on the nasal part of the cannula. I don't know what it's for but it's unnecessary and unappealing to me. Wearing a cannula at my age is already not my favorite thing but that tab just makes it worse. I ended up cutting it off so it wasn't a huge issue. The biggest flaw for me is the fact that these cannulas aren't Crush proof. Usually cannulas are able to withstand being stepped on or slightly bent. These are far too delicate and any little bit of pressure prevents the airflow. This is really an issue at night while I'm sleeping because I don't want my oxygen to cut cut off. Other than those things, I do actually like the feel and comfort of these cannulas. They're soft and they seem to stay soft for a while. I also love the fact that the little slider that adjusts the fit actually works. That's not the case with most cannulas so that was a huge plus for me. I like being able to loosen and tighten my cannulas to my my face and it actually stays put. I probably won't purchase these again though due to the fact that they can't really withstand being bent or stepped on which happens very often when you're an oxygen user.
