Defective BP Monitor.
Item is not working properly I received this blood pressure monitor on rd July 2020 and started using the same. Initially it worked fine. But after few weeks the monitor stopped working by indicating INSUFFICIENT BATTERY POWER. I replaced the batteries with new sets quite a few times, but the monitor showed the same signal and it did not work. It appears to me that there's problems with electric circuits and it is a manufacturing defect. The item was received in good packaging conditions. Request you to look into the matter urgently. As the monitor is important for a sick member of my family, please suggest a replacement. Thanks.

It is an accurate BP monitor and good battery life also
It seems to be accurate. I bought from amazon. I wanted to buy Rossmax MJ701F which is a older model. But, chose X3 as it is new. I am told this model is known for accuracy. But, wonder how to find Rossmax service center for calibration or repair (in case). It works on 4 AA batteries. A 6v, 600ma adapter will also work. In brief, it's OK. But, worried about service and warranty. Seller Neomedix India has not replied yet. UPDATE: After almost 1.5 years: This Rossmax X3 meter is good in accuracy and battery works for almost an year with Duracell Ultra AAA batteries. This brand is far under-appreciated compared to Omron. It is good. BTW, I have compared accuracy with Mercury Sphygmomanometer and also with own Aneroid BP apparatus and accuracy is good. One thing you should look for is the artery marker in the cuff which should be correctly pointing to brachial artery when wearing cuff. The memory allows 2 persons reading and also guest mode. Overall, a pleasant experience. I hope people also buy an aneroid BP apparatus along with stethoscope to measure (if you have the patience..) to recheck the accuracy of digital BP monitors. These aneroid sphygmomanometers costs around ₹500-1200 range only.
