Horrible echo during conversation.

I prefer wired headsets as I don't have to worry about being bluetoothed charged. Wish it had a mute button, but not the end of the world.

I drive a lot and prefer corded headsets for talking on the phone, have bought several Mairdi headsets before which work very well (but tend to fail after a year ort two of use) so when I saw this model that was an upgrade at a higher price than my last headset, I thought it would obviously be better... Unfortunately the sound quality is terrible! Wile I can hear just fine, everyone I tried to talk to says I sounds very muffled and hard to understand. Unless I somehow got a defective mic, Id say this product is a waste of money - I cannot use mine at all its that bad.

I liked two earpieces, long enough wire to connect to cell phone anywhere on my person. I didn't like the fact that it did not work!

Product used to attach to my cell phone. At first I thought that it did not work, but then I realized that I did not push it into the cell phone all the way. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. I can walk around with my cell in my pocket and hands free while I talk on my phone.

Works as expected. Nice to use for working remotely!
