I got these brushes to paint fine detail on fantasy miniatures. Use acrylic when I paint them. These brushes are very comfortable to hold and allows me a bit better brush control than with my standard round handle ones. I just got them so I have only used them a couple of times so far so I really can't say if they will last any length of time yet. But I never took any art classes and I really liked they sent a little instruction pamphlet on the cleaning and care of brushes. I am sure they teach that sort of thing in art classes, but since I haven't taken any it was helpful to me. The price was pretty inexpensive for so many and I see a lot of positive reviews of these very brushes here. So I will add this one to those. Time will tell on how long they will last but first impressions are very positive.

so i bought these for detail painting and i researched a bunch of brushes on amazon to try and pick the right ones and im so happy i picked these. there great for detail painting and now i can do my tree branches a lot better and eyes without messing up. but i think my favorite part is the handle. they all have handles for making it easy and more comfortable to hold and when you paint as much as i do it goes a long way. im not a beginner but im not yet a pro, but id imagine these would be just as awesome for pro painters. and there easy enough to handle for beginners. each brush was individual wrapped which i liked a lot and they were in a round box to hold em. and it came with a bag for traveling to keep them safe. out of my many many paint brushes these are one of my favorite. every brush has a job but now i wish all my brushes had handles like these lol i would def recommend these brushes to anybody. they were worth it and they were priced extremely reasonable.

First, I'll address the shape of the handles. I don't find them easy to hold, but it's because I hold them fairly close to the ferrule, and it's too low for the triangular part to reach my hand, but that's just me, not the brush.Now, onto to the brushes: I love them! I purchased them to replace the subpar brushes that came in my paint by numbers kit. Those brushes clumped paint badly, dropped hairs in my work and dragged the paint way outside the lines. So frustrating. These brushes haven't dropped one hair, and I can "cut in" edges so sharply with the tiny line brushes that they are a joy to use. The price is ridiculously inexpensive for the quality of the 15 piece set, and I am very pleased with this purchase. I am planning to purchase the larger brush set next payday, now that I know how great the Daco brushes are. I am an amateur painter, so I see no reason to spend $70+ on an expensive brush set. I can spend that extra money on a few more paint kits. Don't hesitate to purchase these.

Only got these a couple days ago,but immediately used some of them. So far I'm impressed with the over all quality. The triangular handle shape is especially comfortable. Can't wait to get more work out of them.

These brushes are perfect for the little details! I have found myself only using a couple overall, but I like the variety!

I have bought these brushes twice (I paint everyday), and I really enjoy using them. They are easy to clean, high quality (very much so for the price, but also just generally, I have used more expensive brushes and I still like these Detail brushes better, and I like the quantity of brushes offered.I have one critique, but this is a critique specific to my situation, not about the quality of the product itself. I predominately (really, ONLY) use the round brushes and this brush set includes many different sizes of round brushes; that plus the quality makes the purchase well worth the money for me. However, the liners tend to go unused, which seems a shame. If there was a Round detail brush only set, I'd buy 3 of those in a heartbeat.

I bought these brushes because my primary gear was being shipped and I got the itch to paint some minis. The #0 round. #1 round, #2 round and the #4 round ( for washes) are amazing after about a year the #1 was beyond recovery but man, the #0 is a trooper. I have two big gripes about this set 1) the majority of the brushes you will not use and 2) the Crimp needs to constantly be re-crimped with pliers . All in all , if you can find uses for the odd brushes in this set then its amazing and you won't lose out too much because even by only using the brushes I listed, they are equal in price to citadel brushes.

Hello I bought these paint brushes and finally I can say my paintings can now look like I have a little talent hidden. I am a novice lol. The brushes are very comfortable to use, weightless, looks and feels professional, does such a great job in the little details you need to put in and it comes with a pull string bag and handy storage box for securing when you are finished using them. I really wish I had this set sooner as there's so much from other paintings I see now that I could have improved on had I had these. Thank you so much! I will recommend these to any aspiring artist like myself or professional who wants more fine details in their work. I will definitely be using these in whatever I attempt to paint. I have no regrets purchasing these :)
