Filled to brim, stains hard to remove
Switched to Luguls from Nascent which is more red in colour. When I opened this bottle it has a dropper built in (tip bottle upside down for drops). The pippet is separate, so you have to ping out the dropper bit then you can screw in the pippet. On doing this I got iodine all over my fingers andwooden kitchen worktop - it's a very strong dark colour, almost black liquid. As other said, it eventually gets absorbed into your skin and the stains disappear. I may try the skin application method in future. For now I diluted 4 drops in 200ml of water. I am not sure if I will put directly on tongue as I used to with nascent. Overall first impressions are that it seems great for the money.

Easy to use
Easy to use good value, got this to try on warts my dog had, used twice a day for ten days and the warts dried out died and fell of , excellent result and glad I tried it my dog is wart free.

Fighting the virus
only use 2 drops in a glass of water so flavour not an issue. It kills bacteria, viruses etc on contact so is a good preventative to use against any rampant virus. Good so far.
