HDMI ARC to Optical Audio Adapter, 2 in 1 HDMI Audio Extractor to Optical RCA Audio Video Adapter or ARC to Optical RCA Audio Splitter for HDTV to Soundbar Amplifier

Product works as advertised! Bought a newer Smart TV with 3.5mm jack output, optical and ARC outputs. 3.5mm was previous connected to my old stereo system and working. Would not work with this newer TV. Was able to plug in my ARC output to this device and get sound from my stereo. And it has a switch so that I can turn the ARC on/off and listen instead to the TV speakers if desired. So happy i don't need to find another way to use my home's surround sound system.

I am using 4K HDMI Audio Extractor,Ozvavzk to split audio signal from the Chromecast with Google TV dongle to my old-school stereo system. This is a great way to convert your existing speakers into a smart-audio system with Google Assistant, YouTube Music, YouTube, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, HBO and all media services that Chromecast with Google TV dongle can offer and support. Here is a detailed set up that I have using 4K HDMI Audio Extractor,Ozvavzk: 1) Chromecast Google TV 2) 4K HDMI Audio Extractor,Ozvavzk 3) FOSI Amp - I chose this little marvel because it is a class -D amp that allows you to run it 24/7 without killing it. Basically, my FOSI amp runs all the time with a medium volume level ready to pickup a question to Google Assistant for "how many ounces in one liter" to "Play my favorite's playlist from youtube music service. 4) Analog bookshelf speakers FOCAL Aria The quality is amazing whether I play HD youtube clip or a netflix movie.

I was so excited to get this extraction device until I installed it on my DVD/BLURAY player and listened to my first DVD. The output sound was VOX. As long as there was music or continual speaking, there was good sound. This is not acceptable.

Worked as advertised. We recently had a Samsung TV replaced with a new model of a Samsung TV and we had a Visio soundbar that we were using with a TCL TV that worked beautifully. However, the new Samsung TV had no optical port, which is the reason why we bought this device. However, deducted a star because the instructions are lacking. I had to play around with it to figure out how to hook everything up.

Needed the audio split from hdmi for my karaoke system since I dont have a sound system so this worked perfect and I would buy again if I had to. but I will probably upgrade to a sound system at some point but for the price, this is great for what I needed.

Works great with rechargeable headphones VS go through batteries right and left listening plugged to the Roku remote

Utilisé pour connecter un pc sans sortie optique à un ampli sans entrée hdmi. Lecture de vidéo full HD et musique. L interrupteur peut être laissé en position 5.1, et doit être relié à une prise usb. Donc pas besoin de le laisser accessible pour accéder à l interrupteur. Fonctionne parfaitement. Petits bémols : le son passe néanmoins par l hdmi en pos 5.1, donc il faut couper le son de la TV, et de près, sur une image fixe, un léger grain est ajouté à l image (mes câbles hdmi ne sont pas en cause) mais je ne vois pas d impact sur la lecture vidéo. Pas de contrôle à distance, mais pas utile dans mon cas.

Cet extracteur audio est très pratique, et fonctionne sans soucis. Je m'en sers pour rediriger le son HDMI de machines virtuelles en passthrough, vers l'entrée Line in de mon pc, m'évitant ainsi une latence dans le son, et m'évitant de devoir configurer des options. Je l'ai testé aussi avec une console, pour rediriger le son vers une chaine hifi sans soucis non plus. La qualité du son est très bonne, pas de perte notable. Seul petit bémol, lors de l'utilisation d'un switch, de part la nature du format HDMI et du "handshake", cela rallonge un peu de temps quand on change de moniteur ou que l'on change de résolution. Ceci dit, cela n'est en rien gênant, et c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix, même si j'aurais aimé qu'un chargeur soit fourni.

Device worked perfectly to split audio and video from hdmi, tested both stereo and 5.1 mode works fine. The power adapter is not working properly which is given in box, due to which I returned the device and replacement was sent quickly. Seller should provide good power adaptor, otherwise device is fine.

J'utilise ce boîtier pour remplacer une partie des fonctionnalités de mon ancien ampli home-cinema qui m'a lâché et récupérer le flux audio pour le rediriger vers une enceinte. L'extraction fonctionne très bien, tant en stéréo / 5.1 que passthrough. Je n'ai pas l'impression que cela ajoute de délai notable et le petit boîtier en aluminium brossé semble être de qualité correcte, surtout pour ce prix. Très content de mon achat, je verrai si celui-ci tient sur la durée.
