Will this device detect ethanol?

It will respond to ethanol vapor, but will not be very representative of the actual %LEL since this detector, like all, are calibrated standard to methane. If you need %LEL for ethanol we will need to special order for accurate ethanol %LEL. Thank you.

Does this unit have a belt clip or some other means with which to attach it to an individual?

Yes come with an aligator belt clip.

Do you have any device that we can analyze the CO gas from vehicle

No unfortunately we do not. Existing products from other companies seem to be OK options.
