Excellent
I have very very narrow nasal passages and also bone deviation further up which makes breathing difficult, in particular at night. Which wakes me up in the night if there’s even the tiniest amount of mucus. These dilators are amazing. For many years I was having to use nasal sprays to constrict the blood vessels to get an unbroken nights sleep ( you’re not meant to use sprays more than a week ). These dilators are so good, over a few months I've been able to stop using the spray in conjunction with the dilators on one side nostril and I’ve managed to reduce the amount of spray still needed on the other nostril to very minimal so far. The dilators are quite hard, so occasionally I do get a bit sore. I need the small size. Make sure they’re fully inserted with no hangout apart from the centre piece of course, so they don’t fall out in the night, if in doubt I’d recommend going down in size rather than up for that reason. I’ve not tried the soft versions because my nose is so narrow, I think they’d probably collapse and also be difficult to insert. Don’t be put off like I was with there being a lot in box, I have no clue how I manage it, but they are easy to loose. I’m on my second box now. I’ll never be without them.

Can finally breathe !
They work great if you struggle to breathe during the night but they don’t seem to stay in very well. Don’t think they go in far enough and just end up falling out during the night

These are unusual, but seem to aid breathing
I’ve been surprised by the way these enhanced my breathing. They’re a little uncomfortable, but if you add a little vaseline around them less so. But it’s like someone switching on an air vent, so much more breathable. Most nights I’ve worn these my snoring levels have come down (I’ve been tracking in an all that records) on a few nights I’ve found I’ve not woken with them in so must occasionally sleep-remove them. Impact on breathing is night and day though. Actually considering wearing them in the gym

Waste of time, and dangerous in my opinion!!
I bought large as I was concerned they'd fall out. Placing them into my nostrils, I find I can't actually breathe properly through my nose with them in! Looking at them in the mirror they appear loose and unwilling to take the shape of my nostrils, so they look on the verge of falling out, no matter how far up there you push them!! No way will I try them overnight as I'm concerned they're going to fall out and pose a choking hazard to myself or my partner. Waste of money, I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone use these, because even if they do fit your nose, they are going to fall out at some point. Ask yourself: do you really want to risk these getting inhaled through the mouth by yourself or your partner during the night!?

A Really Unexpected Breath of Fresh Air
I decided to give the Mobi Lock Nose Vent Sinus Relief Dilator a try because I’ve been struggling with nasal congestion and feeling like I can’t breathe properly through my nose at night. I’m pleasantly surprised — while it wasn’t perfectly comfy at first, it’s genuinely made a difference in how I sleep and breathe. Here’s what I found: • On the first night, the device felt odd. Placing something in your nostrils is always going to feel strange, and I could tell my breathing felt different. But after a couple of nights, I got used to it. • Once it settled in, I noticed I was breathing more through my nose and less through my mouth — meaning fewer wake-ups, less throat dryness, and a fresher feeling in the morning. • Snoring? Not fully gone, but the nasal sound is much quieter. My partner even noticed how much smoother my breathing sounded. • Comfort-wise, the assorted sizes in the pack helped me find the perfect fit. The softer ones were easier on my nose, and I’d recommend starting small before moving up. • Functionality: It keeps the nasal passages open consistently throughout the night, improving airflow even when lying on your side. The vents also reduce that “blocked nose” pressure feeling which helps with sinus comfort. • Design: The compact shape and clear silicone design make it discreet and nearly invisible when worn. The material feels soft yet firm enough to stay in place without slipping out. • Value: For what it costs, it’s solid. It’s not a miracle fix, but it’s low-maintenance and definitely improves nighttime breathing once you adjust. What to bear in mind: • If your snoring is caused by throat vibrations, this alone won’t fix it — it mainly targets nasal airflow. • It takes a few nights to get used to the sensation, but it gets easier fast. • Cleaning it regularly and picking the right size makes a huge difference in comfort and hygiene. Final verdict: If you struggle to breathe easily through your nose at night and don’t mind a little adjustment period, this is worth it. It went from feeling strange to something I now use nightly. Breathing is smoother, my sleep feels deeper, and I wake up clearer. A small product that quietly makes a big difference.

Habe schon einige Modelle getestet.

I bought these in the large size after seeing a review that said they ran small. But these actually are large. I think that reviewer must have received the wrong size by accident because these are definitely bigger than my previous ones. It worked out well because these are the perfect size for me, though when I first pulled them out of the packaging, I thought they would be too big. These nasal vents work much better than the other brand I used (the blue cones with the little hearts). I like them better than the ones with slits/holes in them. I'm really happy with them so far. My fiancé has not complained about my snoring since I started using these and I feel like I sleep more soundly/deeply. I rarely wake up feeling unrested the way I did before. So I highly recommend these! These are the best ones I've tried so far. They feel a little weird the first night or two that you use them, but they really open up your nostrils and allow you to breathe deeply. I suggest that if you're unsure/think you might be between sizes, you may want to go for the bigger size because you want them to fill your entire nostril. So it's okay if the nasal plugs seem a little "big" at first. The silicone is soft, so they will be comfortable to sleep with even if they feel snug - However, those neurodivergent folks who have strong sensory issues might have trouble getting used to them. But I think these would work well for most people.

I use nasal strips to help breath at night, however they costs 25 AED for a box of 10, of which at least 3 generally go wasted because they dont stick. I tried this devices, the hard cones did not solve my problem, while the silicon tubes workes quite fine. I use the largest one and they fit well. After insertion I do not have any discomfort. Only the first 2 times I had to pull them out during night, but then I had no problems and they stay in place. The silicon is good quality. No odor at all, good moulding, washable. They help a lot, i see it because i wake up with better freshness of mind. Not every nose will be a perfect fit, but for the price give it a try!
