I've used these for over a year and they have been good in cold, wet weather, wind, and heat. Batteries are easy to change and they have good adhesion. You can slightly tip the direction of the light up or down. I would like to go side to side as well, but they aren't made that way. They give a good light spread and have good light activation sensitivity. They function as described in the advertising. For the money, I think they are a good buy and I have bought a couple more of them for inside as well. Easy to install outside on wood and brick surface. I laid them on the floor inside as I couldn't reach the base after installing it (due to an injury). I think they are a good value product.

I use it in my refrigerators freezer compartment. It didn't come with a light. I put in a year ago or more. It's still working and with the same batteries too. Every time I open the door it comes on. I couldn't ask for more.

This is the best magnetic motion activated LED light that I have ever ordered. I needed it for some steps going down into my garage...I have a refrigerator close by so I was able to use the magnetic portion and it lights the steps very well..love the adjustable light control. Will be purchasing another one.

The light is significantly higher quality than all lights on Amazon, even the Eufy one. The magnet attachment holds great and allows for minor adjustments, if it gets bumped it may fall off the wall, though. I was able to put the light on the ceiling and the magnet keeps it there. Light is bright and clean, but the brightness is not great for night vision; it’s a bit too in your face because it’s aimed straight, not down. Wish the light tilt feature would move further. It’s not any more bright than competitors, it’s just where it’s pointed that is the problem. If it were aimed down it would be perfect. I ended using a light that aimed down (Eufy) for the hallway/staircase, but this one work exceptionally better for my closet, above a counter, in a storage space or freezer. As for the sensor, it is more sensitive than Eufy, turning on from a longer distance, but comes one in a higher light situation than the Eufy. Sensors worked about the same, Energizer was more sensitive, but will come on even if there is a little bit of light in the room.

Perfect fit for a motion sensor dog step light at night. Turns off very quickly. Very odd project with an easy solution.

Very easy to put up. Didn't want anything real involved, and this fit the bill perfectly. Light isn't real bright, but for my purposes it's fine. I put 1 in a utility closet and the other one outside under the deck.

I wanted to use this over my deadbolt on my entry door. The motion sensor worked well but that’s where it stopped. The thing would not stay on the door utilizing the magnets. 3 of the magnets ended up coming out. They are the little, tiny, round, cheap magnets that had little holding power. It ended up on the floor 50% of the time when using my door. I will say this, it never broke upon falling, but the back would pop off and batteries would go everywhere. The light that is supposed to be adjustable will barely swivel up or down, so it almost stays straight forward. After the magnets came out, I tried to use some magnets I had because I wanted to have a light rather than returning this, but that didn’t work either. I wasn’t drilling a hole in my door either. A screw and anchor are provided, but I never was able to tell where it was supposed to mount on the light’s body anyway. I returned the item.

Love this light, have purchased 3. I have a cat that likes to sleep in bedroom. Trouble is at night if I get up I need to turn on light to avoid stepping on him. I plugged in the light and now when I get up the motion sees me getting up and lights up the floor, so I see my cat. Use it also in a bathroom and a food pantry. Auto on and off. If you turn on light or sun light, the light doesn’t come on. Can adjust angle of lite. Uses 3 AAA batteries, so can be put anywhere. Haven’t had to replace the batteries yet, so they last a long time.

Very nice product, I was skeptical at first given that my freezer is very cold (-25 Celcius/-13 F) but it's been working great for months.
