Replace Dewalt 18V Battery for Dewalt 18 Volt 3.6AH DC9096 DC9099 DC9098 High Capacity Cordless Drill (2Packs)

These batteries arrived at 19.5v and charged to 21.5 volts. I liked that but they have absolutely no power to run any of the 18v tools. I can stop the drill chuck with my hand much easier then acceptable. The 3600 mAh must be was inflated or false. The impact never could operate and normal impacting torque. I have good batteries to compare them too. Will never buy any cheap batteries like this again. My second try.

These batteries are well built. Good case good weight venting is ok get a bit hot in a dewalt Charger. Wiggle it to get it to seat correctly. Very under powered even at full charge. You can stop the chuck with bare have at full speed!! So if you use for basic tasks a few screws a hole or two these are worth the price. Otherwise stick to the brand. Not sure how long they will last. We will see.

I give 3 stars because one battery worked but the other did not. My dad spent a whole day trying to charge it, but it simply wouldn't. The company was very kind to take back the set and refund my money. Gadgets are always tricky; the next pair of batteries could be perfect for all I know, but we are choosing to not take another chance.

As a professional carpenter, I know what I'm talking about. These batteries are a complete waste of money unless you are a homeowner who just wants to occasionally hang a picture. The life is probably 1/10 of a real battery, it really is useless to me. They are about half the weight of the regular batteries so it is clear that they skimped on a lot of the important stuff inside. Don't be lured buy the cheap price like I was, it's STILL not worth it! I am switching to the 20v brushless tools and selling all my old 18v. They are a world apart.

No significant power with these. I fully charged 4 of these and tried them with drill-- I am not impressed with power as I was able to stall drill (in high gear) with no trouble at all . My factory batteries would burn my hands if I tried this, I am concerned with using ship drills or counterbores with these. I will keep these and will NOT even try using the saw!

I found that the batteries do not release from the tools as they should. I need to use excessive force to separate the battery away from all DeWalt tools while squeezing release tabs.

These batteries work well with my Dewalt tools. The issues I have found is if you put them under strain, like Drilling or putting in or removing Long screws (3 inches or more), the batteries die very fast. They dont hold up like to Dewalt batteries that came with my tools. But they do work but just not as long as the original ones. That being said they are a whole lot cheaper to buy and replace.

Batteries seem to preform like new. Battery life seems good. I just put these two into service so I cant comment about longevity. stay tuned
