I was very skeptical as I was ordering this seating unit without being able to actually sit on the product as it was so big and expensive. Why trust this purchase? First, ... you can expect exactly what they write about the delivery. Then, it is boxed thoroughly to protect the product. There is a strong cardboard on the outside and plenty of plastic and foam on the inside. It is easy to take the seat backs out but you have to unclip the power cords on both sides between the base piece and the back pieces. After that, you have to get the base into the house. Be prepared! It is long and bulky. We rolled it in on a four wheel roller dolly with no handle and used two long wood boards to roll it up the step into the front door. Assembly after that is a breeze. Connect the electrical wiring. When sliding the back piece on to the base piece rail, use two people and a flashlight and make sure that the pieces connect. You might have to wiggle the back to finally hear the click. Play with the switches and buttons until you learn how to make the new seating unit function. Then go get some popcorn, start a video and enjoy. Oh, one last thing, you will have a lot of clean up to break down the box and the pallet that it comes on and throw away the plastic but it is worth it.

I've had the product in my home now for about a month. I've had time to sit, lounge, recline and sleep in it. I feel I've gotten to "know" it. The fabric of the seating is soft and oh soooo comfortable. I love the features of the reclining options and headrest adjustability. The leather is first rate classy as well as uber comfortable. It cradles me as I sit watching my favorite movies. Recline function allow you to almost stretch completely out but not all the way which is fine. The lighted cup holders and extra storage space for my iPad come in handy. This has become my go to chair for watchin and bingin my fav TV shows. Luv luv luv my new theatre seating!! Highly recommend it.

Firm seats, surprisingly comfortable. Very good back support coming from the individual that suffers often from sitting in other chairs. Quite stylish, elegant, smooth reclining and the material feels good, soft (although it is not genuine leather).Good quality, feels like it should last a very long time.I love the charging feature. Very practical console design to put a cup or a plate on.I highly recommend this sofa.

Was afraid to order it. But it came fast and it is perfect. No issues. Color is nice. They delivery it to the garage and we put it in the house. This was my first time ordering something big on line and I have no issues. Do if you want to try it I would say go for it. Everything works and look like the pictures.

WARNING!! IT SAYS HERE THAT THESE COME IN SEPARATE PIECES, 3 BASES AND 3 BACKS. WRONG!! 3 BACKS AND ONE BASE. I CAN NOT FIT THIS IN MY HOUSE.
