How to Make Money: The 88 Steps to Get Rich and Find Success

I am learning how to market and sell things online. This book was recommended as a part of my training. I am very happy with the purchase. I have invested in several books as each has a little different twist. Since I can no longer work at a regular job and need to work from home, learning how to be my own boss seemed the best choice for my needs. It is challenging, but rewarding and I am not a quitter. It is do or die and I am not ready to die.

If you are expecting to get piles of cash from reading this book you should have gone on a robbery. If you did, and now are sitting somewhere that you can leave on your own freewill, then you might find reading this book times better than the mistake you made.Like I said, he deserves a medal for writing this book!!

A business partner recommended this book after some of the incredible BS we've put up with on the narrow road. Not saying I'm successfully travelling the narrow road (won't know till we find the end) Felix talks of, but its a great read if you're up late one night wondering where to find "whhhhy?!" I'd say you've found it.

Fun book nonetheless, just tips on how to survive with running a company. Very quick read and easy to digest and understand the concepts.

Real. Practical. Truthful. Not what most will want to hear.

I would not buy it again, not new, not used. Not useful. Read millionaire next door or Rich Dad, poor Dad. Given the author's knoedge and success, his teachings don't come through in this bookbut I would consider his other books.

The only thing I found useful was the statistical odds on page nine. How to Get rich was a much better book

The same lines as in his other book: how to get rich. If you already have that one you won't find something new in this one.

The only guru worth his weight in not just gold but art, diamonds and platinum.

The people writing negative reviews of this book are missing the point. Yes the chapters are short and it's a quick read, but that is a positive not a negative for me.You can read this book in one sitting if you wish, I managed to finish it during a two hour rail journey, and I felt very inspired by the time I reached my destination (I kicked ass in that meeting).If you want more Felix Dennis has already been very generous with his full story in How To Get Rich. I read that first and loved it. This book is pretty much a summary of that with the wisdom from that book broken down into bite sized chunks. Dennis is the real deal, he's not some marketing guy who's made money by selling books. He's a true business maverick and entrepreneur who has amassed his own great fortune from scratch and is happy to tell anyone who wants to listen how he did it. That is generosity as far as i am concerned.After that initial quick read I have come back to this book time and time again. It's brilliant for picking up for a quick burst of inspiration. I have also gifted this book to several friends who i felt were in need of a little business wisdom. It's perfect as a gift because if I gave them How To Be Rich they may be intimidated by it's size but this book can be quickly adsorbed.To summarise, if you're expecting War and Peace don't buy this, but if you are looking for a quick read which will impart some real wisdom and leave you feeling inspired then this can't be bettered. One of my all time favourite books.

Felix is amazing, id suggest also checking out his other books. As all i have read have been enjoyable, packed with knowledge and insight

I read ‘How to Get Rich’ about 10 years ago (2012) and have listened to the audio book many, many times.The format of this book is different with each chapter being much more concise. Whilst it’s very easy to read cover to cover you can just as easily dip in and out of this book when you’ve got five minutes and need some motivation.Highly recommended.Good luck and Godspeed you toady to greed!
